I saw this in the park this morning and thought I'd scored a quarter - or better yet a drachma or ducat. No such luck. It's just a flimsy former earring charm or scarf adornment.
And then a scarred penny in the crosswalk t 23rd and Park Avenue.
The good news is the dime brought home by my sticky-fingered child yesterday.
